Finca - 7 Ha Flat area suitable for small development ID# [BQ-2]
Owner titled land off main Boquete-David road, approx 5 Km past Dolega.
Elevation approx 360 mtr and basically flat, save one small sector.
Water and electric service at entrance to property.
Owner is currently using for a small cattle ranch, with fencing around property line and has

There are two entrances into the property; one from main road into farm proper; other runs

Here we are looking along the far boundary line fence. A cross to left fence line is
visible, and there are several of these fence lines to separate areas for cattle feeding
management. The width along this fence is about 1/2 the wider length from entry.
