Finca - 7 Ha  Flat area suitable for small development                         ID# [BQ-2]
Owner titled land off main Boquete-David road, approx 5 Km past Dolega.
Elevation approx 360 mtr and basically flat, save one small sector.
Water and electric service at entrance to property.
Owner is currently using for a small cattle ranch, with fencing around property line and has
several areas separated.
There are two entrances into the property; one from main road into farm proper; other runs
parallel to and along upper fence line.
Owner is agreeable to sub-divide into smaller parcels - but no more than 4 separate parcels.  
This is owing that the law here requires in order to sub-divide property into more than 4 parcels,
each must be at least 600 mtrsq and must include roads, water and electric service to each.
Owner amenable to negotiate price, based upon total area desired.

Here we are looking along the far boundary line fence.  A cross to left fence line is
visible, and there are several of these fence lines to separate areas for cattle feeding
management.  The width along this fence is about 1/2 the wider length from entry.
